This one had two buildings on the property that both needed attention - the main house and a detached shop out back. We don't cut corners when a job like this comes in. Both structures got a full exterior wash, and we made sure the concrete around the shop got the same care as everything else.
The shop slab was pretty well covered in grime and buildup. After we ran the concrete cleaning, it came out looking sharp - nice and even across the whole surface. What made this one a little different was the Honda logo painted right into the concrete at the apron. That's the kind of detail you don't want to blast without thinking twice. We adjusted our approach and cleaned right up to it carefully so the logo came out clean without any damage to the paint or edges.
On the house side, soft washing is the right call for siding like this. High pressure on vinyl or lap siding can force water behind panels or cause warping - soft washing uses lower pressure with the right cleaning solution to break down mold, algae, and dirt without any of that risk. It's cleaner, safer, and the results hold up longer.
When a property has multiple structures, it's easy for one of them to get less attention than the other. We treat every surface the same - whether it's the front of the house or the back wall of a shop. Clean is clean, and that's the standard we hold across the whole job.
