We've been all over Middle Tennessee lately - Smyrna, Murfreesboro, and Mt. Pleasant. Three houses in one run, covering everything from siding and brick to roofs and concrete. It's the kind of day we love.
Every home had its own set of needs. One was a brick exterior with buildup on the siding and gutters. Another was vinyl siding that had picked up a layer of green algae and grime that made the whole house look older than it actually is. That stuff doesn't just look bad - it eats into your siding over time if you leave it sitting.
That's exactly why we use soft washing on homes instead of blasting them with high pressure. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that actually kills the mold, algae, and bacteria at the source. The results last longer, and there's no risk of damaging your siding, shingles, or trim. It's the right tool for the job.
We also knocked out roof cleaning and concrete work at a few of these stops. Roofs take a beating from algae and lichen, and most homeowners don't realize it's happening until the dark streaks are already spreading. Getting ahead of it protects the shingles and keeps the whole exterior looking sharp from the curb.
Whether your home is brick, vinyl, or a mix of both - the process is the same. We treat the surface, rinse it clean, and leave it looking like it should. That's what we did across three cities this week, and we'll be back out doing it again.
